A stalwart amongst species commonly found in interiors since the 80s and for good reason; as hardy as they come, Yucca elephantipes can withstand the toughest conditions provided it doesnt receive too much water or shade. Happy to be neglected, this species can even spend time outside if it outgrows the living room.
WATERING
In S/S water when 30% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 60%.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright, indirect. Can tolerate full sun if gradually acclimatised
FEED
Use a house plant fertiliser every month between April – September.
REPOTTING
Repot every 2-3 years.
